Restoring Crewzeno Pro

If you already purchased Crewzeno Pro, open the upgrade screen inside the app and use “Restore Purchases.”

Backup and restore

Crewzeno can export a backup file you can keep and restore later. This helps when moving to a new install or protecting your contract history.

Notifications not appearing

Make sure notifications are enabled for Crewzeno in your device Settings. Daily reminders and inactivity check-ins only appear when their trigger conditions are met.

Widgets not updating

Widgets rely on the latest app snapshot. Open Crewzeno, confirm your current contract data is correct, and give iOS a moment to refresh the widget timeline.

What to include in a support email

To help diagnose a problem faster, include:

  • your device model and iOS version
  • the app version you are using
  • what you expected to happen
  • what actually happened
